Dominic Gammiero

DOMINIC GAMMIERO

Mr. Gammiero is a Managing Partner of Brookfield Special Situations Partners Ltd., Brookfield’s restructuring operation. He is also Chair of Western Forest Products Inc. Mr. Gammiero was President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Forest Products Inc. from October 2010 to February 2013 and also served in this capacity from November 2008 to June 2009. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fraser Papers Inc., a specialty paper company, from 2004 to 2007 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Norbord Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Gammiero has over 30 years of experience in the forest products industry in North America and Europe. Mr. Gammiero’s areas of expertise are business operations and environmental sustainability.

Norbord is an international producer of wood-based panels with assets of US $1.0 billion and annual sales of approximately US$1.0 billion. Norbord has 13 operations in the United States, Europe and Canada.
