We manufacture OSB in the United States, Canada and Europe. In addition, we manufacture MDF, particleboard and furniture in Europe.

|2011||True North Hardwood Plywood Inc. announced the winding down of its hardwood plywood operation in Cochrane. Norbord held a 50% joint-venture interest in this non-core business.|
|2015||Merged with Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd., adding four OSB mills in 100 Mile House, British Columbia; Grande Prairie, Alberta; High Level, Alberta; and Barwick, Ontario|
|2016||Changed stock trading symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange to OSB. Shares were also listed on the New York Stock Exchange on February 19, 2016 under the same symbol.|
