Committees of the Board
Board committees assist in the effective functioning of the Corporation’s Board of Directors. The composition of the Board committees should ensure that the views of unrelated and independent directors are effectively represented. The above Committees represent all of the standing Committees of Norbord’s Board of Directors. It is the Board’s policy that each committee meets without management and related directors present at each of its meetings.
