Norbord’s Caberwood MDF, which is available in five different specifications, has been selected for inclusion in the new Jewson OneSource service for shopfitters.

Jewson’s OneSource has been developed to offer a single source, professional delivery service to shopfitters and commercial fit-out contractors so that they are supplied with all the materials and tool hire services they need. The shopfitter can pick from a shopping list of over 350,000 products and 500 hire lines, and have these delivered direct to site.

Caberwood MDF, the very first MDF product in 1966, is one of the most popular materials used in the construction and furniture industries and now comes in five types giving wide customer choice. Ultralight is the ultimate lightweight board for use in dry, interior applications, Light is ideal for most shopfitting applications or portable building fit-outs and Standard is for general use. In addition, Moisture Resistant is used in humid or ‘occasional’ wet situations and Deep Rout is the high-performance brother.
